The Baptist State Convention Employee Scholarship acts as a 25% tuition coverage to Baptist State Convention employees.
This scholarship is intended for students employed directly by their Baptist State Convention. Employment at a church within the State Convention does not qualify students for this scholarship.
The Baptist State Convention Employee Scholarship is open to certificate, undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral students.
Applicants who receive this scholarship will continue to receive it every year they continue employment with their Baptist State Convention.
Recipients will be required to submit an updated verification of employment annually.
Students who have a break of a semester or more in their enrollment will be required to reapply for the scholarship.
* Written documentation verifying employment with their state convention will be required of all scholarship applicants. An email detailing the needed documentation will be sent upon submission of application.
The deadline for this application and required supplemental materials is as follows: August 1 for the fall semester and January 1 for the spring semester.
